Stroller Strides®, our signature program offers "Fitness for Mom, Fun for Baby™"! It is a total body workout that moms can do with their babies.

Stroller Barre®, a unique blend of barre, Pilates, yoga, and ballet combined with all the things you love about Stroller Strides®!


Body Back® TRANSFORMATION is an all-inclusive program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home supplemental workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements.


Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like-minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.more

Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Run Club training program is for YOU!!!

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll have a certified FIT4MOM Run Coach who will teach you about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. all in an encouraging atmosphere.

Are you ready to increase your distance? Improve your speed? Join us for this 8 week training course led by a FIT4MOM® certified professional run coach.
NOTE for beginner runners: It is recommend that you to complete at least one 5K training session with us before increasing your distance.

Our Run Club Meet up is a FREE community event and we welcome moms of all ages and stages, as well as any other friends, family members, and kiddos! There will be a family friendly warm-up, then a self-paced run or walk. After a stretch, they’ll be time for post-run conversation for the adults and simple activities to occupy kiddos
