This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group. You'll have a certified FIT4MOM Run Coach who will teach you about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. all in an encouraging atmosphere.Our next 5K training begins September 5th!

NOTE for beginner runners: It is recommend that you to complete at least one 5K training session with us before increasing your distance.
Our Run Club Meet up is a FREE community event and we welcome moms of all ages and stages, as well as any other friends, family members, and kiddos! There will be a family friendly warm-up, then a self-paced run or walk. After a stretch, they’ll be time for post-run conversation for the adults and simple activities to occupy kiddosmore
